Photo Log

Terms of Use

Photo Log · Effective date: October 15, 2026

The service

Photo Log is a photo record tool that helps you photograph scenes you'll want to look at again (picking up and returning a rental car, moving in and out, deliveries, repairs) in order, compare before and after, and organize them as a PDF.

Pricing and purchases

  • The app is free to download. Your first 3 records include every feature for free.
  • Taking photos is never blocked. After your free records, you can still create new records and take photos.
  • From your 4th record on, exporting that record as a PDF, a comparison image or an archive file (ZIP) requires Lifetime access. We tell you this before you start taking photos. You can always view the photos you took in the app, whether or not you buy.
  • Lifetime access is a one-time purchase. It's not a subscription and doesn't renew.

Payment, refunds and restoring purchases

  • Payment is made through your App Store or Google Play account. The price is the local price the store shows on the purchase screen.
  • For App Store purchases, you can request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, request one from your Google Play order history or contact us. Refunds follow each store's policies.
  • If you reinstall the app or switch devices, tap “Restore purchases” with the same store account to get your purchase back. Purchases don't transfer between the App Store and Google Play.

Keeping your records

Your records are stored only on this device, and there's no copy on our servers. They can be lost if your device is lost or damaged, or if you delete or reset the app, and we can't recover them. Keep important records separately using the app's export or backup options.

Please note

Photo Log organizes the records you make yourself. It doesn't promise how your records will be used or accepted by other people or organizations. Photo times are the device times when the app saved them, and locations are approximate coordinates reported by your device. The file fingerprint (SHA-256) is a reference value for checking whether a file has changed since it was saved.

Acceptable use

Please don't use the app to infringe other people's rights or to break the law.

When you photograph other people, or other people's spaces or belongings, please respect their consent and privacy.

Changes to the app

Features may change with app updates. We'll announce important changes in the app update notes or on this page.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect damages arising from using the app. This doesn't limit liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or any consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.

Store terms

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; if from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Apple and Google aren't parties to these terms and aren't responsible for supporting the app.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. If these terms change, we'll update this page and let you know through an app update. These terms apply from October 15, 2026.
