At a glance
Studio at Home has no accounts and no servers. Photos you take and files you make are processed and stored on this device, and are not sent to the developer.
Information stored on this device
Photos you take or choose, the face position and background area calculated to fit the photo, the ID photo files you make, your chosen documents and settings, and purchase state (number of single-photo purchases, Lifetime unlimited status). All of it stays in the app’s storage on this device.
Face data
Face position and background area are used only to fit the photo to the required size and never leave this device. They are not used to recognize people or compare against other photos. They are deleted along with the photo.
What we don’t collect or send
The developer does not collect the information above or send it to any server. No ads, tracking, or third-party analytics are used.
Permissions
Camera (to take photos) and adding to your photo library (when you choose to save). Choosing from your library uses the system picker, so the app does not read your whole library.
Sharing
Shared or printed files go only to the app you choose. After that, the receiving service’s policy applies.
Payments
Payments are handled by the App Store and Google Play. The app stores only the transaction ID needed to confirm a purchase on this device and never receives card details.
Retention and deletion
Photos are deleted from this device when you delete them in the app or uninstall it. Copies you saved to your photo library are not deleted by the app.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll let you know on this screen with an app update.
